Program Objectives
In order to enhance the overall quality of the journal, moreover, to facilitate the academic innovation and exchanging among global experts, researchers and scholars involved in ICTs sectors, the Editorial Department of China Communications has decided to establish the 1st “Annual Outstanding Papers Selection”program of year 2010, as recognition of outstanding achievement from among all authors contribute to China Communications.
Award Description
The program comprises four main awards: one first-rank award, three second-rank awards, five third-rank awards and ten special contribution awards. The first-rank award consists of honorarium of ¥10,000 anda certificate acknowledging the outstanding performance, the second-rank award consists of ¥5,000 anda certificate, the third-grade rank consists of ¥1,000 and a certificate, and the special contribution award will be rewarded by one set of China Communications 2011 and a certificate.
Nomination Process
Members of the Editorial Board of China Communications together with many other notable experts in ICTs fields will be responsible for the Award Nomination Committee. The selection process will be ensured to go through three steps: initial peer review, anonymous recommendation and final decision made by Award Nomination Committee members.
Submision Guideline
All contributions to China Communications of 2010 will have the eligibility for consideration. The election will be countdown to October 31, 2010, so timely submission is required and papers must be emailed to China Communications noting “Outstanding Papers Selection” in compliance with the call-for-paper timeframe.
